Return and Refund Policy

3Cheer Supermarket has  ‘no question asked’ return policy if you are not satisfied with the quality of the products delivered to you. You can either return the products to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re dissatisfied with an item, please return it, complete register receipt for a refund or exchange.

All claims must be made to our customer service department within 24 hour of delivery. We request that the damaged items received be returned to us with original manufacturer’s/supplier’s packing. We will refund to your account if the same items are not available.

To request a return, contact us on Application or mail our Customer Support at contact@3cheer.in. Please provide the following information in your email: customer name, order number, product name (product description) in question, and the nature of the problem. Customer would be contacted with return authorization and notify further process.
